As we use a third-party haulage company to deliver nationwide, we estimate 3-5 working days.

Standard delivery method is a one-man, kerbside delivery service using a tail lift and manual pump truck to deliver onto a hard standing, flat surface kerbside.

Please Note: This is NOT a hiab/grab lorry delivery service. For more information, please refer to our delivery page.

Upon the delivery of your order, you MUST check the inside of the crates before signing any paperwork. In the instance, damages have occurred, or the crate has not arrived intact, please sign the paperwork as unchecked and contact us immediately (We allow up to 72 hours for damages/breakages to be reported).

Whilst we understand the driver has approx 15 minutes for you to check and sign before onwards and in some instances your orders are unable to be checked, you MUST sign the paperwork as Unchecked and advise of any issues within 72 hours of receiving your order. Anything reported to us beyond this time frame, will limit our options for replacement.
