Allow an additional 1–2 working days for our warehouse to prepare a split pack before dispatch. Availability depends on the product and stock.
How split packs work
1. Choose eligible paving
Look for the split-pack purchasing option on the product page.
2. Select the quantity
Order the quantity available for that particular range. The displayed split-pack price includes the £85 handling fee for breaking down, repacking and securing a pallet, as explained in our existing policy.
3. Allow for preparation
Our team prepares your order separately before it enters the courier network.
Important questions
Why does the price per square metre increase?
Smaller quantities require additional warehouse handling, repacking and pallet preparation.
Can I return a split pack?
Split packs may be excluded from some voluntary returns, but statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights must be assessed separately. Please review our Returns and Refunds information.
