What we compare
| Criteria | What we check |
|---|---|
| Specification | Equivalent material, size, thickness and finish |
| Availability | Competitor stock and purchase eligibility |
| Delivery | Total delivered cost and comparable delivery service |
| Offer type | Published price and applicable exclusions, including clearance and marketplaces |
Price matching excludes dropshipped or unchecked products, discounted offers, end-of-line clearance and third-party marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. Products must be new, in stock, directly available to purchase and offered with a comparable delivery method and timescale. Shipping cost fluctuations may prevent us from matching some prices. Price matching is subject to our published conditions. We will confirm eligibility before offering a revised price.
